The controller is the trader identified at the foot of this page, with its store at ul. Dimitrie Chupovski 22, Skopje. For any question about your data, use the phone number or email address given there.

When you order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and city, the contents of your order and, if you write one, your gift message.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address only.

In your browser: your bag, wishlist, recently viewed products, language choice and cookie consent are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us. You can remove them by clearing your browser data.

Processors: orders and sign-ups are stored with our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), and confirmation emails are sent by our transactional email provider. They process the data only on our behalf.

To protect against abuse, when you order, reserve or subscribe we briefly keep a shortened, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address, for no longer than one day.

We use no analytics, no advertising pixels and no profiling, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Order data is processed to perform our contract with you — confirmation, preparation, delivery and any complaint — and to meet our legal obligations, including accounting ones.

The newsletter is sent only on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

With the courier, only the data needed to deliver. With our accountant, for issued invoices. When you write to us over Viber or WhatsApp, that message travels through the respective app under its own terms.

We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Order data is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, as a rule ten years from the invoice. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to data portability. Submit a request using the contacts below; we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.

We use only strictly necessary local storage for the bag, wishlist, recently viewed products, language and consent. There are no tracking cookies, so there is nothing to block before consent.
