Terms of sale

The seller is the trader identified at the foot of this page, with its store at ul. Dimitrie Chupovski 22, Skopje.

The site takes no card payments. You fill in and submit your order on the site — it is saved with us under an order number — and then confirm it by message over Viber or WhatsApp, or by phone. The submitted order is an offer to buy.

The contract is concluded only once we confirm the order and availability in writing. Until then neither you nor we are bound.

All prices are in Macedonian denars (MKD) and include value added tax. The euro figure is an indicative conversion. Delivery cost is stated separately at confirmation.

Payment is on collection in store or to the courier on delivery, unless we agree otherwise in the conversation.

Pieces are held in small quantities and availability is confirmed when you order. If something sells out after you order it, we tell you at once and cancel the order at no cost to you.

Pieces marked made-to-order are cut for you. The lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed in the conversation.

You may withdraw from the order within 15 days of receipt, in line with the Macedonian Consumer Protection Act. Details and exceptions are set out on the Delivery and returns page.

Brand photography and copy are used with the brands' permission and may not be reproduced without it. On-screen colour may differ from the piece itself.

The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies. Disputes are settled amicably, failing which before the competent court in Skopje.
